About the Journal
Muttaqien; Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies is a leading scientific journal in Islamic educational institutions and was first published in 2020 in an online version with e-ISSN: 2723-5963 and was accredited SINTA 5 for the first time in 2022 based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia No.: 204/E/KPT/2022. In 2025, it was raised to SINTA 4 by the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia No.: 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025. This journal is published by Muttaqien Publishing and managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) STAI DR. KH.EZ. Muttaqien Purwakarta, Indonesia, Biannually in January and July, using multilingual options (Indonesian, English, and Arabic).
Focus & Scope
The journal openly promotes research and scholarly publications in multidisciplinary Islamic studies in the Indonesian context, with a focus on advancing Islamic studies scholarship and society. The topics covered include:
Submission Guidelines
The journal invites scientists, scholars, researchers, and practitioners of Islamic Studies related to the Indonesian context to submit scholarly articles for publication. Articles should be original, research-based, unpublished, and not under review for possible publication in other journals. The selected expert in the field will review all articles before providing advice. Each author is solely responsible for the content of published articles. Posts that violate our guidelines on formatting or length will be subject to review.
