Muttaqien; Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies is a SINTA 4-accredited scientific publication platform based on Decree of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Technology No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 that is published biannually in January and July in Indonesian, English, and Arabic.

This journal is managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of STAI DR. KH.EZ. Muttaqien Purwakarta, published by Muttaqien Publishing, promotes multidisciplinary research with a primary focus on Science and the development of Islamic society in the Indonesian context. The topics covered include (1) Islamic Thought & Culture; (2) Development of Islamic Law & Jurisprudence; (3) Islamic Economics & Banking; (4) Islamic Education Contemporary.

Geographical Diversity of Authors:

In Vol. 07 No. 1 January 2026, Jurnal Muttaqien: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies published nine articles written by authors from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Taiwan with diverse scientific backgrounds. This illustrates the diversity of research topics in multidisciplinary Islamic studies published by Muttaqien: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies. The first article was written by Euis Amalia and titled "The Innovation of Islamic Finance in the Era of Digital Transformation: A Multidisciplinary Analysis of Opportunities and Challenges in Southeast Asia." The second article, written by Fahrurrozi, was titled Islamic Ecotheological Philanthropy: An Integrative Framework of Hifdz Al-Bi'ah and Islamic Social Finance for Sustainable Development in Indonesia.

Next, in the third article, Deby Liyana Putri Utami, Romi Adetio Setiawan, Risky Hariyadi, Ledya Febrianti, and Muhammadtolan Kaemah explain their research in the title Does Profitability Undermine Social Accountability? Evidence From Indonesian Islamic Banking. Then, in the fourth article, Muhammad Rani, Muhammad Siraz, Mawar Ardiyansah, Rahmad Fahreza Setiawan, and Wahyu Akbar, in their article titled "Navigating Stock Analysis with Artificial Intelligence: An Islamic Economic Approach to Mitigate Gharar and Maysir." Next, in the fifth article by Boedi Satria, Muhsin Nor Paizin, the title is Implementation of Presidential Instruction Number 3 of 2014 by the Regional Government in Optimizing the Collection of Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah for ASN in Bukittinggi City. The sixth article was written by Aa Hubur from Taiwan with the title Integrating Islamic Economics Principles in Indonesia’s Green-Blue Economy Amidst Digital Transformation and Geopolitical Uncertainty.

The seventh article was written by Yuli Supodo and Muhammad Hariyadi, titled "A Study of Planning Problems in an Islamic Perspective: The Method of Maudhui Interpretation and the Results of Strategic Principles." the eigth article was written by Sofia Gussevi, Encup Supriatna, Irfan Fahmi, Ujang Abidin, and Maida Zahra with the title Integration of Psychological Aspects and Islamic Values in Domestic Dispute Mediation in Religious Courts. and the ninth, article was written by Nurul Yakin Imam, Ahmad Asmuni, Akhmad Khalimy with the title JIL’s Opinion On Inter-Religious Marriage In Indonesia With The Opinion Imam Mahalli Asy-Syafi’i.
